The eco-friendly lodge is surrounded by acacias savannah and riparian forest of Queen Elizabeth National Park. The lodge is made with local materials and clean energy and power is used.
Ishasha Jungle Lodge is children friendly with a number of children activities. The surrounding areas of the lodge host some rare birds. Elephants also come to the riverbank often.
There is free Wi-Fi at the lodge.
